The Libraries strive to make seamless
connections to our online
resources so that you can complete
your research no matter
where you are in
the world. If you are
a current
Claremont Colleges
student, faculty or
staff member, and
have access to a
computer and an
internet connection,
you have access to
many of the
Libraries’ materials
and services.
Among the services
available: contact a
librarian for help, by
chat, email or phone; search our
databases for scholarly articles and
retrieve the articles from more than
30,000 e-journals; consult online
CAN I DO THIS FROM PERU , PARIS OR
PASADENA ?
dictionaries, encyclopedias, and biographies;
access thousands of newspapers;
retrieve data, digital images and
statistics; read a book from
our electronic book collections;
or use any of our
numerous primary resource
collections such as “ North
American Women’s Letters
and Diaries.”
You also have access to
Interlibrary Loan services for
articles and book chapters.
They will be sent to you
electronically as email
attachments. These can be
requested from the Libraries
web site. You will not be
able to request books from
Link+ or ILL unless you are
able to come into the library to retrieve
them, as books must be picked up and
returned in person.
