Norton describes how to buy property with other people’s money , and what it means to be ‘cash poor.’ He recommends that property buyers ask the right questions before buying , check out the competition , and start small in investing . He ends the interview by talking about how good property investment is a skill that can be learned and has nothing to do with a person’s formal education .
