Description
Peter
Craig
discusses
his
book
,
“Blood
Father.”
He
begins
by
explaining
that
when
he
created
the
characters
in the
book
he
thought
of them
each
having
a
fearful
response
to
something
. He
discusses
how the
mother
in the
novel
appears
tough
, but
turns
out
to be
one
of the
weakest
and
most
fearful
characters
.
Craig
shares
that he was
hoping
to
create
a
father
daughter
love
story
because
he has
two
daughters
of his
own
and
does
not
feel
there
is
enough
literature
about
the
relationship
between
a
father
and a
daughter
. He
goes
on to
explain
that his
favorite
part
of
writing
is
to
explore
how
far
you
can
go
in
forgiving
and
redeeming
someone
.
Later
in the
interview
Craig
reads
aloud
from his
work
and
divulges
that the
book
has
just
been
bought
to be
turned
into a
film
.
