in

returned
to

York
to
work
in
Publishing

Bernays

on to
discuss
how the
book
contains
alternating
chapters
written
by
each
of them and in
which
they
try
to
capture
the
diverse
subculture
of the
city

Jewish
,
upper-crust
, and
so
forth

Bernays
also
shares
memories
of her
parents
and her
less
than
ideal
relationship
with her
mother

psychotherapy
