Rikki Klieman discusses her book, “Fairy Tales Can Come True: How a Driven Woman Changed Her Destiny,” co-authored with Peter Knobler. Klieman says she loved being a trial lawyer and being in the courtroom. She also shares that she had wanted to be an actress and that a professor encouraged her to go to law school. Klieman talks about her time as a law clerk for Walter Jay Skinner and her relationship with George Higgins. She also talks about her time working for John Kerry and Joel Kozol and her client, Salvatore DiCarlo. Klieman goes on to discuss meeting F. Lee Bailey and Bobby Lee Cook, covering the O. J. Simpson trial for Court TV, and her husband, William Bratton. |
