Diane Johnson discusses her book, “Into a Paris Quartier.” She begins by explaining how she found her current apartment in Paris and the history behind it. Johnson goes on to discuss life in a city as unique as Paris, including the different social habits and customs of the Parisians. While discussing the history of her neighborhood, she discusses the history of the legendary three musketeers, Queen Margo, and King Henry IV. Also in this interview Johnson shares her thoughts on how she is received as an American author writing and living in France. |
