Folio was signed by Blas Ordaz and others on 1848 April 11 and 21 at Mission San Gabriel Arcangel and Santa Barbara Mission. Pages 9 and 10 were cut from folio.
Folio was signed by Domingo Serrano on 1860 May 15 and 16 and July 23 at Mission San Gabriel Arcangel and Los Angeles Mission. Leaf attached to page 3. One watermark on page 1 and another watermark on page 4.
Folio written and signed by Marcos Amestoy on 1806 June 23 at Santa Barbara Mission. A signature has been cut out of bottom of page 1. Top portion of the second half of the sheet has been torn away. Watermark is visible on pages 3 and 4.
