Description	Thomas L. Ternan writes to J. Reeve on the topic of the recent publication of "Monody on the death of Edmund Kean." He asks Reeves to "dispose of them, amongst those members of 'The Adelphi' who 'mourn the dimming of our shining star.'" Thomas L. Ternan, who is identified as the author of letter via secondhand notations handwritten on the letter, was the husband of Frances Eleanor Jarman Ternan, a notable actress of the time period. Letter is frayed and contains a seal, an embossing, and handwritten notations. Last page has been rotated 90 degrees to the right.
