I cannot sufficiently express to you, my dear Lady Bu1wer, how gratified I feel, by so many indications of your regard, and how deeply sensible I am of the kind interest you have taken in my welfare. Your parcel has just arrived and I only regret that I cannot borrow your pen on this occasion, to enable me to describe the unfeigned pleasure your kindness has afforded me, -but conscious how incompetent I am at all times to express my feelings, let me pray
