T.R. D.L. March the 26th 1819
My dear Harley
You must know enough of me to be sure, that I would not wish you to act any character that you disliked; -but upon my honor on the present occassion, there
are no means of performing the comedy without your assistance in Sir George Harcourt. I have-every wish be-lieve me to oblige you, and have considered the
subject over and over again to that end; it dis-tresses me to think that you should conceive it necessary to ask me twice, for anything I could do to serve
you. Recollect how much the interest of the Property is concerned, and that property too, whose conductors have at all times carried themselves towards you
