Transcription	these are the words you wished for dear Cecy -I only wish I was in Charlotte Square singing them instead of in London writing them -thank you very much for your kind mention of me in your note to Fanny - I conclude she means to answer you herself in due course of time, but I prefer send=ing you my love and gratitude myself, because when trusted to others they generally get lost by the Way I wish you had sent me "Repentance" as a return or rather a bribe for the lines you asked for -If you should have any opportunity at any time of sending them to me I should like so much to have them - wi11 you remember me most kindly to Mr Combe & his brother?
