My best Friend
If we do not perform on
the Monday at Covent Garden we
shall set out for Lancaster tomorrow week which will be SuUday
the 24th of this month and on Tuesday
the 26th we hope to have the
pleasure of dining with you at
Lancaster. We will contrive to
be with you at four 0 clock.
I am sure little SES will be very
much attached to you long before
the Summer is over but how you
will be able to bear her noise for
her lungs are mighty strong is a
/ point which we must leave to the decision of Time. If she should be too much for you, we must carry her with us to York and so give you fair play till we return: we keep her Birth day twice tomorrow and Monday as my Party would be too large for one day. She 1Lkes her Cak.e very much, and if you turn over you~will see how she thanks you, we are ever
Yours most ardently
