Transcription	My Dr Jack, I beg to speak to you as soon as possible--call upon me or I will call on you where you please.--I never was so distrest, & surprized in my &ife for upon my word &honour I never rec the Letter mention'd in your note of this Day. The only Letter I had from you since you left Dublin was one you wrote from England. For Gods sake let me see you as soon as possible or tell me where I shall wait on you.
