Dear Sowdon , I am very sorry my Letter to My worthy Friend was not so explicit aslto remove all impediments on my side in regard to the taking of Crow Street House. I meant it to be peremtory. I own I insisted as a first consideration that the Place should be got ready to play in this Summer if possible, but since that is impracticable let it be taken immediately, & got ready as soon as it can. and now I hope there can be no mistake with eespect to my determination.
