Isamu
Sakamoto
,
now
a
senior
adviser
,
asked
permission
to
use
a
quote
from a
report
Charles
wrote
concerning
the
conditions
of
industry
when
he was in
Japan
. He
goes
on to
say
that the
Japan
Productivity
Center
has
asked
Sakamoto
to
give
a
talk
on
management
and that
Sakamoto
visited
Charles
'
home
with
Mr
.
Inoue
in
1951
when
they
came
to
discuss
Sumitomo's
plans
for
organization
and
development
. The
letter
